Hotel Reservations
Reservations will not be taken over the telephone by the hotel or by the Central Office.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Thursday Pickups:
Stamford Train Station: 5-8 pm, final drop off at Hotel by 8:30 pm:
Shuttle will make runs from Stamford Train Station to Greenwich Hyatt Hotel. GAP members
should TEXT 800-825-3767 to request the van; all pickups at Stamford Train Station will be
curbside at the South State Street side of tracks, adjacent to I-95 (NOT the taxicab stand on
Station Place next to the parking lot). The driver will meet the passenger curbside. If the van is
enroute with other GAP passengers, the dispatcher will advise the new passenger that the van is
with GAP passengers and after dropping off at the Hotel, will return to the station for
pickup. *** Last pickup at Stamford Train Station is at 8:00 pm ***
HPN (Westchester Airport): 5-8 pm, final drop off at Hotel by 8:30 pm:
Shuttle will make runs from HPN Airport to Greenwich Hyatt Hotel. GAP members should
TEXT 800-825-3767 to request the van; all pickups at HPN will be curbside (driver cannot meet
passengers inside the terminal). If the van is enroute with other GAP passengers, the dispatcher
will advise the new passengers that the van is with GAP passengers and after dropping off at the
Hotel, will return to HPN for pickup. *** Last pickup at HPN Airport is at 8:00 pm ***
Departures on Saturday:
HPN/Westchester Airport:
All departures will be scheduled on a sign-up sheet at the Front
Desk of the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour:
9:30 am – 1 pm. The shuttle will depart from the Ballroom Entrance of the Hotel.
Stamford Train Station:
All departures will be scheduled on a sign-up sheet at the Front Desk
of the hotel. The shuttles run every half hour starting at 9:30 am with the last shuttle departing
the Hotel at 1 pm. The shuttle will depart from the Ballroom Entrance of the Hotel.
